Enrollment Process

In order to secure a spot for your child, the online Enrollment Form must be completed. Currently enrolled families will be able to register for the next school year starting in April. New families will be able to register on May 1st.

Waiting List

Once a class is full, a waiting list will be started. If a spot becomes available, the next person on the waiting list for that grade will be notified. Once notified, parents must complete and return the appropriate forms and the registration fee within seven days.

Tuition and Fees – 2018-2019 School Year

  • Tuition, first student, per location, monthly:
    • Pre-K: $150
    • K-6: $115
    • Middle School: $150
    • $5 tuition discount for each additional child per family
    • $10 tuition discount per student for each additional campus
  • Enrollment Fee: $75 per family
  • Supply Fee: $25 per student, per location
  • Technology Fee: $32 per student
  • Enrollment fee, supply fee(s), technology fee(s), and first month tuition is all due at time of enrollment. These fees are non-refundable.

First Month tuition is due at time of enrollment. You are agreeing to enroll in this program for the entire school year. We require 30 days notice to leave the program. We accept personal checks or payments through the Brightwheel app (details coming soon). Tuition payments will be due beginning in October. We will charge $25.00 for returned checks.
