Thank you for choosing to join TREA for the 2023-2024 school year!
Before completing this enrollment form, please make sure you have completed the Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire and spoken with Mrs. Jay-Turner. If you have not completed this form and spoken with Mrs. Jay-Turner, you might have to redo the registration forms. Returning families do not need to complete this step.
Please complete your enrollment all in one sitting as this form will not save your progress.
After completing these forms, you will receive an email confirming your tuition totals. If you are a new family, you will also receive an email from G-Suites with Google Classroom set up information for your students prior to the first day of school. If you are a returning family, you will continue to utilize the accounts you previously set up for Google Classroom and will be invited to join any new classes that apply to your students.
There are three pages to this enrollment: Family Information and Waivers, Student Information (you will fill one per student), and Tuition and Fees Calculator. Please complete and submit all three forms.
