Cp 3/8 Spanish

Hola!

Kinder:
We completed a worksheet today. The kids matched their body parts with the correct vocabulary words. We also listened to a bilingual story ( El lobo toca a la puerta). We will conclude our story when we return from spring break. No homework this week! Gracias!

The kids sang along to another song this week ( Buenos dias! Como estas?) We also completed a worksheet ( saludos) finish for homework if not complete.
Also, in April we will be choosing a country from a list ( that I will hand out during March) where the language of Spanish is also spoken, and complete a research project . I ask that the kiddos create a poster board ( sold at the dollar store next to cinemark theaters) with as many facts that they can find on their particular country. It does not have to be fancy, just make it fun and educational. If your child would like to bring in a favorite food from their chosen country to share with the class during April or early May, please run it by Mrs. Turner first. These projects will be presented during class as well as be on display during the end of the year Spanish gallery.

3/4:
The kiddos completed a Spanish word search (saludos). I gave extra points to the student who could find the most saludos first , congratulations Jordan! Please complete the worksheet hand out for homework after spring break.
