Thank you TREA families for a wonderful first semester! I appreciate your support of the program and your faith in the teachers. Also a huge thank you for all the hand written notes, cards, homemade goodies and thoughtfully chosen gifts. Your children mean so very much to me and are treasured!
Also, thank you for the prayers and kind words that were extended on behalf of our TREA families in need of prayer. Praise God that Lilah’s MRI revealed no tumor or swelling of the optical nerve, and it’s amazing that we can come together, powerful in prayer.
This being said, one of our precious TREA families is still in need of prayer. Titus (little brother) has four lesions on both sides of his brain indicating that he has a progressive disorder, Sturge Weber Syndrome. If and when the lesions leak, they’d cause seizures and strokes. Please pray for the medical avenues for healing to be revealed, for a better prognosis with the six-month follow-up scan and for Titus to have as little complications from this lifelong issue as possible. Please also pray that God eases the stress and worry of this family, bringing all things to His glory.
I pray this Christmas is the merriest yet, one in which every blessing from above is cherished. I have faith that God will do even greater things in 2017, and that this new year will bring peace, love and joy like never before. I’ll look forward to seeing smiling faces back in January. (RR on the 2nd, CP on the 4th). Enjoy the highlights below of moments we shared together in school last week.
