This week in P.E. we wrapped up our basketball unit. February will be filled with new nutrition and fitness challenges, focusing more specifically on heart health. Check your email and our private parent Facebook page for a unique link to join a 30 day nutrition challenge based on the “Whole 30” with a focus on eating to heal.
Also in February, our featured spice of the month is “clove”. Students are encouraged to research the benefits of cloves and record what they’ve learned.
